On the Stoxx 600 index, they now forecast it at 530 over the next 12 months and that is down from 540 previously. As for the UK FTSE, they see it at 8,500 and that is down from their previous forecast of 8,800.
With rising risks of trade protectionism, that is posing a key risk to the outlook for European equities going into next year.
